Let yourself love what you love

So here's my take on it. "Let yourself love what you love" sounds like the affirmative way of saying "Let go of struggling."  If we let ourselves love what we love, we're busy loving what we love instead of struggling to get it, fighting to attain it, figuring out how to get away from what keeps us from it. We drop struggling and trade it for loving. I don't know about you, but this sounds appealing!

It’s also absolutely key to finding work you love. Think about it. You would have to be aware of what you love to find/ attract the job you love. According to the Law of Attraction, this enthusiasm and higher vibrational energy you feel when you allow yourself to love what you love will attract good things. So, join me this week in letting yourself explore what it is to love what you love and be open to receiving the good that comes to your life and career.

Here are some suggested actions:

1. Write this phrase on a few sticky notes and post it around your house, car and work place so that you are constantly refocusing on it.
2. Complete this phrase three random times a day throughout the week, "I love___________________!" Make a list or your answers.
3. Instead of being distracted by what you don't want...dissatisfaction with your job, difficulties with money, or struggles within significant relationships, get curious about what you want instead.  When you find yourself reverting to worrying, figuring out, fighting and struggling, ask yourself, "What DO I want?" Then let yourself fall in love with your answers and new vision of what you DO want.
4. Re-engage with an old love - friendship, hobby or interest, etc. Let yourself love being with it, and fully enjoy the interaction. Find what's important to you about this friendship, hobby or interest.
